God's justice.

On this Sunday, February 18, we reflected on Palm Sunday and Monday of Holy Week.

The Choir sang "Send Out Thy Light" by M. A. Balakireff.

Our scripture lesson was Mark 11:1-11, 15-19.

The piano soloist (a Covenant youth) played "Improvisation No. 15 in C minor" by Francis Poulenc.

Change. Evolution & Transfiguration Sunday

The scripture lesson for Evolution and Transfiguration Sunday was Mark 9:2-9. Rev. Laura Mayo gave the proclamation. 

Eric Avera was the soloist who sang "Serenity" by Charles Ives. The Covenant Choir sang "Who Is This?" by John Ferguson, with violaist Jacy Grannis.

We are all called.

The scripture lessons for Sunday, January 28, were Psalm 139:1-12, and Mark 1:16-20. We ordained our new Deacons and commissioned returning Deacons for 2018 in this very special service.

Emily Ramsey Holien was the soloist. She sang Antonín Dvořák's "God Is My Shepherd."
